Ms. Guo graduated from the Law Department of the School of Humanities and Law at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, with a Master's degree in Law. She primarily engages in trademark opposition, trademark invalidation, trademark administrative litigation, trademark infringement litigation, anti-unfair competition litigation, administrative enforcement, intellectual property customs protection, assisting domestic and foreign enterprises in formulating intellectual property protection strategies, and other intellectual property-related legal work.
